As Coastal Delaware’s premier wine, food and music festival, it's our honor to feature the area’s best chefs, finest restaurants, and top-shelf wine, spirit, craft beer, and mocktail brands. If you're interested in reaching new audiences, growing your customer base, and strengthening your brand, you don't want to miss the chance to host a Culinary Partner station at the Southern Delaware Wine, Food, & Music Festival.

HOW TO APPLY AS A CULINARY PARTNER
1. Review the Festival Facts & Vendor Agreements to understand all the basics facts about participating.
2. Complete and submit the 2025 Commitment Form - Space is limited!! First come, first served!!
3. Get confirmation of acceptance - sent via email within 1 week of application.
4. ALL Vendors must submit a Certificate of Insurance (see below)
5. Restaurants/Food Vendors only must submit a Temporary Food Establishment Form (TFE) once your menu is approved

Insurance Requirements:
1. Commercial General Liability Insurance provided by an A.M. Best’s B+ rated carrier or better; maintained in full force and effect for the duration of “your work”;
2. Minimum limits of Commercial General Liability insurance including coverage for “bodily injury” and “property damage” as follows:

$1,000,000 Each Occurrence

$2,000,000 General Aggregate
-
$2,000,000 Products-Completed Operations Aggregate
-
$100,000 Fire Damage Legal Liability
3. Southern Delaware Wine, Food, & Music Festival, sodelfest, Creative Coastal Connections Corp, and Schell Brothers Foundation must be added as an Additional Insured on the independent contractor or subcontractor policy;
4. Southern Delaware Wine, Food, & Music Festival, sodelfest, Creative Coastal Connections Corp, and Schell Brothers Foundation must be extended a Waiver of Subrogation status in your favor on the independent contractor or subcontractor policy;
