Please provide us with two different ideas for your menu choices. Make it as detailed as possible. Upon acceptance we will tell you which has been selected, trying our best to honor your first choice - but ensuring no duplication at the event. First to submit, is the first to get approved!

Please review, download, print, and retain for your records the 2026 Vendor Agreements and the 2026 Terms and Conditions. Any and all questions regarding the agreements, terms and conditions should be directed to the Festival Director, Stacy LaMotta, stacy@sodelfest.com.

What to expect next? We will review your application and within one week, you will receive an email to confirm your details. At that time you will be need to submit all required paperwork. Please note: ALL vendors, food & beverage, must provide a COI.
