Join us for a truly memorable farm-to-table evening...
Join us on September 30th for a truly memorable evening as we experience a first-class culinary journey, tasting the best of what Southern Delaware has to offer. This will be a one-of-a-kind farm-to-table event held on the Hopkins family grounds curated by award-winning chef Hari Cameron. Hari, a southern Delaware native, will present a seasonally inspired dining experience. After selling his flagship restaurant Amuse in 2019, Hari has kept his hand in fine dining and also created a culinary consulting company working to write recipes and work with brands across the country. Hari says doing events like this one that highlight the area and showcase his creative cuisine while working to help the community is what he enjoys the most. At this event, he will collaborate with some of the area’s best culinary talents.
Opici Family vineyards will provide fine wines, liqueur, and other accouterments needed for the delicious cocktails and mocktails inspired by local mixologists, specifically for this event.
