TICKETS

How do I receive my tickets once I purchase them? All tickets will be sent to the purchaser via the email they provided. Guest names will also be listed at the festival entrance alphabetically by last name the day of the event.

Can I buy my ticket at the event? The option to purchase tickets at the door depends upon if we sell out in advance. To ensure you gain entrance we recommend you purchase early. Ticket prices at the door are $95 per person.

Do you offer a special group ticket rate? For groups of 10 or more, please email Stacy LaMotta

 

What if I lose my ticket?  We can resend your confirmation upon request, please just email us here.

 

I bought tickets but cannot attend, what can I do with my tickets? If you cannot attend, you are welcome to give your tickets away but please contact us so we change the guest names at check in. As this is a charitable event, there are no refunds for any reason. 

I bought tickets for a large group of people, but we are arriving at separately. How do I make sure everyone gets into the festival? All guests who pre-purchase tickets will be listed alphabetically by last name at the festival entrance. Please make sure your guests know to check in by your last name. 

Do I need to bring a print out of my tickets to the festival? Paper tickets are not required to enter the festival as all guests who pre-purchase will be checked in alphabetically by last name upon arrival at the festival doors. 

GENERAL FESTIVAL INFORMATION

What is included in my General Admission SoDel Fest 2019 Ticket? General admission gets you access to all 20+ restaurant tastings, all 50+ wine, craft beer and spirit tastings, the chance to mix, mingle and talk directly with our talented chefs and other guests, live musical performances, access to our wine wall & silent auction AND the opportunity to watch our LIVE chef team throw down!

How many wines and beers can I taste? There are over 50 different varietals of wines, spirits and craft beers for tasting at the 2019 Festival. Check out the list of this year's purveyors here.

How many restaurants are participating? This year's SoDel Fest will feature over 20 different restaurants from all around Coastal Delaware. Check out the list of participating restaurants here.

What is a Chef Throw Down? If you've ever watched Kitchen Stadium or Chopped, it's similar but even better because it is LIVE before your eyes and features chefs from right here in coastal Delaware! For details about this year click here!

What are your Silent Auction prizes? In the past we've had private chef dinners, winery tours, golf outings, sunset cruises, spa packages and so much more. 

 

What is a Wine Wall? Your chance to go home with an expensive bottle of wine for only $20! We'll have a full wall of wine bottles wrapped up so no one can see the labels. You can't peak and you won't know what you've won until you unwrap your bottle, but we promise the end result is always a great bottle of wine that supports great charitable causes!

TIMES & LOCATIONS

What time does the Festival start and end? Doors will open for our VIP Guests at 11:00am & for General Admission ticket holders promptly at 12:00pm. All Festivities end at 4:00pm

Where does SoDelFest take place?  The Independence Clubhouse, Millsboro, DE. 

ARRIVAL & PARKING

Where do I park and is there a parking fee? Parking is free and available in the lots nearest to the Independence Clubhouse or in specifically identified overflow lot. You will directed upon arrival.

 

Is there Handicap parking? Yes. There are a limited number of marked handicap spaces closes to the Clubhouse. We also provide handicap accessible shuttles from the overflow parking lot right to the front doors of the festival & back. 

RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Is this a kid friendly event? Attendees MUST be 21 years+. IDs will be checked at the festival entry and admission denied to anyone under the age of 21 years with no refunds available. 

What are you allowed to bring into the event site? Outside food and drink is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Please remember to bring your legal ID to show proof of age and we highly recommend you bring cash, checks or credit cards to participate in our Silent Auction and Wine Wall.

Is the site handicap accessible? Yes.

WEATHER​

What if it rains? SoDel Fest happens rain or shine because over 80% of our festival is within the Independence Clubhouse. However, in the instance of severe weather wherein restrictions are placed on driving, on our host location or on the festival organizers by directive of local police, fire or emergency authorities we are required by law to comply.

Can my high school student get volunteer hours? Sorry, but all volunteers MUST be 21yrs+.

 

Can volunteers partake of the festival? Volunteers who commit to a minimum of four hours on event day will receive two hours to enjoy the festival during a pre-scheduled time.
